She is survived by: her parents, George Shine, Sr. and Mildred Golden Shine; her brothers, George Shine, Jr., Alan Oscher and Lewie Shine; her sibling-in-law JoLynn; her brother Frank Shine; her sister-in-law Denise; her brother Ron Shine; her siblings-in-law, Deb and Larry Moore; her sisters, Marsha Booth and Darlene Moore; and her sister-in-law Tina Shine.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Vera's memory to Stepping Stones at 400 Mylan Park Lane, Morgantown, WV, 26501, in memory of her nephew Adam Shine.
