It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria Railing of Morgantown, West Virginia, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on October 18, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Jury E. Railing; and her brothers, Douglas E. Railing of Hagerstown, MD. and Robert S. Railing of Hagerstown, MD.. She is survived by: her mother Mary Calandrelle-Railing of Virginia; her brothers, Ronald Railing (Diana), James Railing (Diane) of Hagerstown, MD and Bradley Railing (Melanie) of Northborough, MA; her siblings' children, Courtney Railing Durgin (Jonathan) of Worcester, MA, Kendall Railing of Clinton, MA, Carly Railing of Virginia Beach, VA, Jasmine Johnson of Hagerstown, MD, Douglas and Dexton Railing of Hagerstown, MD.; her great-nieces, Ti'ana Bowman, Ayri'Anna Bowman, Breana Bowman and Ivyanna Bowman; and her great-nephew Maddox Railing of Hagerstown, MD.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
