He is survived by: his children, Debra M Burns-Cooke (Roy Lee Cooke) of Fairmont, Joe Burns of Morgantown and William Burns (Melissa) of Maidsville; his brother William "Bill" Lewellyn; his granddaughter Sierra Smith (Thunder); his great grandchildren, Gray and Weston; his grandchildren, William Burns Jr. (Hannah) and Chelsea McCann (Justin); his great grandchildren, Lilly and Amelia; his grandchildren, Hannah Grey Burns, Jackson Burns, Cory Kyle, Jesse Kyle, Edison Riggleman (Teri) and Thomas Riggleman (Kelli); his great grandchildren, Alec and Abigale; and his grandson Scotty Riggleman.
