He is survived by: his children, Sara Loughney of Morgantown, Helen Martell (Rodney) of Norfolk, VA and Paul Haller (Kelley) of Ft. Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Matthew and Patricia Loughney; and his children, Emily Martell, Delaney and Leah Haller.
