He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Roy McCuskey and Arah Gladys Cunningham McCuskey; his wife Betty S. Dunko-McCuskey; his son William J. McCuskey; and his siblings, Mary White and Samuel McCuskey.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah McCuskey Prutzman (Robert) of Atlanta, GA, Toni G. McCuskey (Daniel Frey, Sr.) of Morgantown and Robert G. McCuskey (Amy); his sister Jessie; his friend Georgeanne Dunko; and his grandchildren, Anthony McKeone (Stephanie), Miles McKeone (Janet), Trent McCuskey, Whitney McCuskey (Bobby), William "Little Billy" McCuskey, John "Frank" McCuskey, Christine McCuskey, Michael McCuskey, Scott McCuskey and John Guzman (Jackie). He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
