He was predeceased by : his father William Clifford Perkins. He is survived by : his mother Andrea Christine Haney; his siblings, Morgan Perkins of Morgantown and Adam Perkins of Charleston, SC; his nephew William Perkins; and his grandmother Mary Ann Haney. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
