He was predeceased by : his parents, Ellis Fowler and Goldie Fowler; and his siblings, Dorothy Whipkey, Theodore Fowler and Edgar Fowler.
He is survived by : his wife Sharon Fowler of Morgantown; his daughters, Beth Impastato (Laurence) of Bakersfield, CA and Valerie Frasher (Shawn) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Frank Impastato (Lyssa) of Bakersfield, CA, Chad Frasher (Samantha) of Morgantown, Chris Impastato (Taliyah) of Lakenheath, England, Jess Frasher (Jessica) of Philadelphia, PA and Cole Frasher of Philadelphia, PA; his great grandchildren, Lyla Impastato, Frankie Impastato, Kenna Frasher, Cody Impastato, Laurel Frasher, Wes Frasher and Jace Hudson; his brothers, Emil Fowler of Pisgah and Eldon Fowler of Morgantown; and his brother-in-law Richard Baker of Morgantown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
