He is survived by : his wife Ronda Francis (Polen); his brother Harold Lee Francis (Melissa); his stepmother Jean Francis; his mother-in-law Linda Polen of Moundsville, WV; and his siblings-in-law, Yvonne and Isaac McKinney of Glen Easton, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
