With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah Diane Whipkey of Moundsville, West Virginia, born in Glen Dale, West Virginia, who passed away on December 17, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Adams and Georgia Adams (Thomas); her siblings, Ronald, Ralph Adams, Sharon and Marilyn Adams; and her pet Newby.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Whipkey; her sons, David Whipkey (Judy) and Jeff Whipkey (Nancy); her brothers, Phillip Adams and Jerry Adams (Peggy); her grandchildren, Derek Thompson, Lacey Morgan and Neeley Satzer; and her pets, Miss Kitty and Blondie. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
