He is survived by : his wife Ruth Anna McGlumphy; his children, Donald E. Blake Jr. of Cameron, WV, Jeffery A. Blake (Dusty) of Waynesburg, Scott R. Blake of Graysville, Kimberly M. Trout of Aleppo Township and James A. Blake (Jodie) of Needmore; and his siblings, Harold Blake (Mary) of Bentleyville, Richard Blake of Moundsville, WV, Debra Whitlatch of Holbrook and Nancy Lemasters (Danny) of Moundsville, WV. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
