She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Edward and Vesta Irene Cunningham (Blake); her former husband Tommy Cumpston; her husband Charlie Hamilton; and her siblings, Randy Lee Cunningham, Loretta Cheeks and Phillip Cunningham.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Cumpston, Pam Rushman (Tim) and Crystal Bohrer (Corey); her stepson Greg Hamilton (Carmen); her siblings, Patricia Phillips, Roger Cunningham (Mary), Kathy Tustin (Jim Matthews) and Joyce Fryman; and her granddaughter Randi Shiben. She is also survived by her caregiver at the end; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
