It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen E. Robbins (Moundsville, West Virginia), who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arch West and Nellie West; her husband J. Elwood Robbins; her stepmother Zona West; and her siblings, Clarence West and Helen Aston.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Robbins (Diana), Jeanie Heller (Frank), Danny Robbins (Connie) and Susie Rodriguez (Larry). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
