He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Lewis, Sean Alan and Neal Romanek (Janet); and his grandchildren, Alexander Lewis (Kerry), Avery Meetre (Jesse), Connor Lewis, Cara Lewis, Sarah Beth Paten (Tim) and Vivian Romanek.
