He was predeceased by: his parents, Beryl Blake and Iona Carr Blake; and his siblings, Loretta Cunningham, Rose Marie Blake and Alfred Blake.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Donley Blake; his children, Jolynn Cross, Clayton Blake, Janice Blake (Aaron Morrison) and Beryl Blake; and his siblings, Debra Whitlatch, Nancy Lemasters, Rick Blake, Harold Blake and Donald Blake. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
