He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Kernan and Helen Carr. He is survived by: his half-sister Linda Boring; his children, Zachery Deal, Brittany Carr (Jeff Brown) of Moundsville, WV and Devan Carr (Chelsea) of New Martinsville, WV; his sister Lisa Palmer; his uncle Harry Carr; and his grandchildren, Dalton Earnest and Ayla Carr.
