He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Fahey and Juanita Fahey (McMahon); and his brothers, Joseph and Michael Fahey. He is survived by: his daughters, Erin and Shannon Fahey; his sister Diane Sole; and his close friend Aidan Burke of Moundsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
