He was predeceased by: his father Eldwin Otis Rine. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lee Rine (Roberts); his wife Chrystal Rine (Nice) of Moundsville; his children, Shawn Rine of Moundsville and Kelley Rine (Jason VanSickle) of Wheeling; his grandchildren, Bella Rine, Jacob VanSickle, Miley Rine and Jaxson Rine; and his siblings, Thomas Rine (Lynell) of Moundsville, Darla Dancy (Dave) of Moundsville and Missy Francis (Lee) of Moundsville.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Whitetails Unlimited, a national nonprofit conservation organization, in C/O http://www.tmcfunding.com. Memorial Donations to Charity The family has chosen to send donations to.

“John was one of Allen’s best friends. He was one of the BEST!! He was there for Allen until the very end…and he was there for me when I needed him the most….Allen’s funeral. He was definitely one of a kind. He was sweet, funny, charming and extremely generous. He seemed to always put everyone else’s needs before his own. He will be greatly missed but I know that he is finally at peace and pain free. I attached a picture of him at Allen’s funeral. These were all of Allen’s best friends!!!”
