He was predeceased by: his mother Peggy Spielvogel (Burkett); and his grandfather Charles "Chuck" Booth. He is survived by: his father Richard Booth Sr. of Moundsville; his children, Alana and Little Josh; his stepfather Ron Spielvogel Jr. of Ohio; his grandparents, Joann Booth, Bill and ILse Burkett; his siblings, Ricky Booth Jr. and Amber Saunder (Joey); and his siblings' children, Little Ricky, Jasmine-Jojo and Khloe. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (1109 2nd St, Moundsville, WV 26041).
