She is survived by: her husband Robert E. "Bob" Blake, Sr.; her daughters, Bobbi Jo Blake and Donna D. Richards; and her siblings, Ed Riley, Bradley Riley, Toni Prevost, Charlotte Montgomery, Ellie Morrison and Georgie Allen.
