He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Garrison and Lance Garrison; and his siblings, Roger Garrison and Vickie Morningstar. He is survived by: his wife Joylene Garrison; his children, Charity Caperton (Kevin) of Whitehouse, TN and Shane Riggle (Jamie) of Dallas, WV; his granddaughters, Kenzie Norfleet (Zack) of Whitehouse, TN, Abby Riggle of Dallas, WV. and Ella Riggle of Dallas, WV.; and his brother Jerry Garrison of Moundsville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
