He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Blake and Opal Baker Blake; his sister Joyce Holcomb; and his pets, Shasta, Tootsie and Zoey.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Carney Blake; his children, Doris Parker McCardle (Rodney), Samantha Parker VanMeter (Linda) of Moundsville, W. V, Rebecca Blake (Amanda Blake) of Cameron, W. V. and Rex Blake of Cameron, W. V.; his siblings, Bob Baker (Iris) of Moundsville, W. V, Linda Wilson, Becky Simoncic of Wheeling, W. V and Jackie Pierce; his grandchildren, Christopher VanMeter, Justin VanMeter, Alexander Gonzalez, Carson Anderson, Waylon Gibson, Hylee Gibson, Carley Bogard, Dani Robertson, Maur'Leon Walker and Emma Blake; and his great grandchild Elliot Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
