Richard Wise Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Wise of Moundsville, West Virginia, who passed away on March 24, 2026 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Dean Wise; his son Christopher Eric Wise; and his sister Susan Cameron. He is survived by: his mother Mary Gertrude Wise (Adams); his children, Brandy Whitlatch, Brian Atwell and Casey Atwell (Brooke); his siblings, Danette Scott (Tom), Becky Wise, Jeanne Carr and Bob Wise (Janet); his grandsons, Hunter Whitlatch (Kelsey) and Dawson Whitlatch (Serina); and his great grandchildren, Finley and Maverick Whitlatch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
