He is survived by: his children, Casey Howard (Jeffery), Ashley Howard, Robert Howard (Lacy) and Logan Howard (Mandi); his grandchildren, Quentin, Kaden, Kendall, Layla and Thatcher; and his siblings, Carmen Mooe (George) and Keith Howard (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
