With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ruth (Foxall) Moore (Moundsville, West Virginia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her pets, Ali Jo and Bubba; her parents, Elmer Foxall and Isabel Foxall (Buchanan); and her siblings, D. E. "Bud" Foxall and Jean Gulli.
She is survived by: her friends, Debbie Barberio, Michelle Markey and Pam Fox.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home - Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel (118 Grant Ave, Moundsville, WV 26041). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby Vance Chapel (118 Grant Ave, Moundsville, WV 26041). Her commitment to community extended through her volunteer work with The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), where she continued her lifelong mission of treating everyone like family and making strangers feel like friends.
