She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Whitlatch and Joyce Davis Whitlatch; and her brothers, Donnie and Charlie Whitlatch. She is survived by: her sons, Joe Moag (Ashley), Danny Moag (Christel Hartfile), Mike VanScyoc of St. Clairsville and Kenny Whetzal (Moriah) of Moundsville, WV; her siblings, Dawn Noelle Anzelone (Tom) of New Brighten and Wilford "Butch" Whitlatch of Moundsville, WV; her grandchildren, Brayden, Isaak, Beth, Ryan and Justen; and her great grandchildren, Amya and Peyton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
