She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Eugene Dunlap and Sylvia June Dunlap (Wood); and her grandparents, Eugene, Alice Dunlap, Opal and Merl Wood.
She is survived by: her sister Melissa Ann O'Donnell (John P.); her nephew Cody Joseph O'Donnell; her uncles, Chuck "Muskie" Dunlap and Joseph Dunlap (Gladys); her cousins, Tricia Dunlap, Mandy Allison Dunlap (Jeremiah Olsen) and Matthew Scott Dunlap; Lily and Madison Sleeth. She is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Care Funeral & Cremation Service - Moundsville (1500 2nd St, Moundsville, WV 26041). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Graysville United Methodist Church (1370 Fish Creek Rd, Moundsville, WV 26041).
