He was predeceased by : his parents, William H. Cunningham and Kathleen Leeson Cunningham; and his sons, Rodney Cunningham and William Lane Cunningham. He is survived by : his former life partner Linda Evans Cunningham; his children, Kenny, Tammy Cunningham of Rogers, Eric, Emma Cunningham of East Liverpool and Mary Ann Grace of East Liverpool; and his brother Doug Cunningham of Wyoming. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
