He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Marshall and Louise Marshall (Johnston); and his siblings, Robert Marshall and Kay Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Marshall (Howell); his children, Cindy Richey (Tom) of East Palestine, Mark Marshall (Lynette) of East Liverpool and Kristine Urmson (Douglas) of Lisbon; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Nicole, Austin, Melinda, Betty, Hunter, Morgan and Lincoln; his great grandchildren, Adalyn, Evey, Cole, Ember, Brantley, Easton, Melody, Ella, Cora and Jackson; and his brothers, Allen Marshall, Mervin Marshall and Richard Marshall.
