She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Michael Shearer and Anna Bridget Dempsey Shearer; her husband William H "Bill" Frame; her granddaughter Angel Dawn Steiding; her siblings, Mary Ann Conti, Agnes Sennett, Patricia Turner, Regina Kreyenbuhl, John Shearer and Andrew Shearer; her children, William P. Frame (Patty Corwin) of Lost Creek, Barbara L. Newbrough of Mt. Clare and Kimberly D. Steiding of Mt. Clare; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Nicole Frame, William P. Frame II, Amy Jo Frame (Adrian Hernandez) and Brandon L. Newbrough (Lindsay).
