He was predeceased by: his parents, William Everitt and Georgia Childers Everitt. He is survived by: his children, David Michael Everitt, Brayden Everitt and Cameron Wagner; the mother of his child Patricia Wagner; his siblings, Joanne Everitt of Clarksburg, Don Everitt of Clarksburg and Roger Everitt of French Creek; and his stepfather Carl Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
