It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorna Jane Perry of Mount Clare, West Virginia, who passed away on June 9, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Lorna's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Lorna's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as her find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph H. Shafferman and Mary Susan DeMoss Shafferman; her husband John Junior Perry; and her siblings, Martha Lee Murphy (Shafferman), Fredrick Zane Shafferman and Gerald Ralph Shafferman.
She is survived by: her brother John Darryl Shafferman (Kimberly) of Grafton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Davis Funeral Home (124 Olen Thomas Dr, Clarksburg, WV 26301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
