He is survived by: his wife Regina Duke Welch; his daughter Kathy Dotson of New Milton; his grandson Kevin Eric Dotson (Billy Wilkinson) of Pittsburgh, PA; his siblings, Johnny Welch of Glen Falls and Debbie Gaskins (Charlie) of Clarksburg; and his close friend Harry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home (124 Olen Thomas Dr, Clarksburg, WV 26301). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
