He was predeceased by: his parents, Butler Deer and Lucy Thompson Deer; and his siblings, Mary Graham, Dorothy Williams, Mona Collins, Eugene, Cecil, David, Darrell, Jimmy and Dale Deer.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Deer; his children, Shawn Deer (Melissa), Shannon Orso and Jamie Green (Ernie); his grandchildren, Austin Deer, Trent Orso and Alyson Maynard (Cody); his great grandchildren, Addison Rylee Deer, Rowen and Reed Maynard; and his pet Smokey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
