He was predeceased by: his former wife Carol S. Weeks (Sue); and his son Stephen Matthew Weeks. He is survived by: his wife Emogene Bennett Weeks; his children, Jeffrey R. Weeks (Jamie L. Weeks) and Melissa Lynn Weeks; and his grandsons, Joshua D. Weeks, Adam M. Weeks and Jacob R. Weeks.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Carol S. Weeks Memorial Hospice Benefit, in care of Calacinos Pizzeria and Sports Bar.
