She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Adkins, Brian Adkins (Melissa) and Alicia Castle (David); her grandchildren, Justin Henry Adkins, Wade Adkins, Benjamin Castle and Bellamy Adkins; and her siblings, Clinton Pannell Lewis, Tommy Lattie, Doug Lattie, Mary Ann Crowell, Nancy Stacy and Betty Jarrell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
