She was predeceased by : her parents, Johnie Adkins and Maxine Adkins; her brother Urklas Adkins; and her husband George Hurley. She is survived by : her sons, Johnny Roy Osborne (Jenny) and Adam Osborne (Linda) of Evans; and her grandsons, Dylan and Ryker Osborne of Evans.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Carlisle Church of God.
