She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Roberts and Demple Roberts; her husband Noel Dayton Shrout; her sons, Terry Lee and Brian Scott Shrout; and her grandsons, Ricky, Jereme and Travis Shrout.
She is survived by: her son Noel Edward Shrout (Donna) of Beckley; her granddaughter Brittany Rice (Shawn Laughery) of Oak Hill; her great grandchildren, Faith, Elijah Shrout, Isabella and Zayden Laughery; and her friend Norma Menei.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Tyree Funeral Home- Mount Hope (1701 Shumate Drive, Mt Hope, WV 25880). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 2:15 PM to 2:30 PM at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens (5250 Robert C Byrd Dr, Mt Hope, WV 25880).
