She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmen Neil Carter and Billie Dove Carter. She is survived by: her husband Donald Hurley of Mount Hope; her son Donnie Hurley (Melinda) of Grandview; her siblings, Peggy Brock of Corliss, Bonnie Marshall of Daniels and Joe Carter (Mary) of Concord, NC; her granddaughters, Dessie Hurley, Ashlynn Hurley and Brooke Hurley; her son-in-law Ricky Wood; and her nieces and nephews, Kim, Rhonda, Joey, Mikey, Brian, Carson, Amanda, Lori and Crystal.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Park. A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
