He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Adam "Addie" and Sallie Wimer (Vandevander); his stepdaughter Martha Marie "Kitten" Turner; and his siblings, Raymond Wimer, Richard Dale Wimer, Martin Junior Wimer, Danny Lee Wimer Arbogast, Lorraine Painter and Rebecca Moses.
He is survived by: his son Scottie Ray Wimer of Dunmore, WV; his sisters, Lulabelle Turner of Circleville, WV, Betty Lou Mick (Will) of Circleville, WV and Linda Jean Wimer of Seneca Rocks; his grandchildren, Jordan and Aiden Wimer; his great grandchild Aurora Nicole Wimer; his niece Brittany Nicole Wimer; and his nephew Mark Adam Turner.
