She was predeceased by: her father John W. Caylor; and her sister-in-law Sharon Caylor. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Jean Caylor (Helman) of Mount Storm; her husband Charles D. "Butch" Cosner, Sr.; her children, Charles D. "Charlie" Cosner, Jr. (Kimberly Fridley) of Mount Storm and Melissa A. Reel (Jimmy) of Elk Garden, WV; her grandchildren, Hailey, Ellyana and Jameson; her siblings, John Caylor, Jr. (Debbie) of Loretto, PA, Ken Caylor (Bonnie) of Creekside, PA, Kathy Minnick (Randy) of Mount Storm and Tina Galentine; her close friend Debbie Kitzmiller of Hartmansville, WV; and her cousin Brenda Rhetti of Marion Center, PA.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Locust Grove Church (872 Bismarck Rd, Mt Storm, WV 26739). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
