She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Harold Brown and Betty Louise Brown (Rogers); and her brother Thomas Brown. She is survived by: her husband Timothy W. Kesner; her stepson Cameron Kesner of Winchester, VA; and her brother Robert Brown of Pennsylvania.
