He was predeceased by: his parents, Wardney Cosner and Donna Cosner (Anthony). He is survived by: his wife Angela Cosner (Mick); his son William Evans (Donna) of Fort Ashby, WV; his grandchildren, Shelby Evans and Ethan Evans; his stepgrandsons, Bradley Young and Tyler Young; his nephews, Aaron Cosner (April), Joel Cosner (Elizabeth) and Matthew Cosner (Lillian); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ailah Cosner, Brielle Cosner, Austin Cosner and Archer Cosner; Morgan Young. He is also survived by three brothers.
