He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Earl, Dorothy Crider and Michael R. Hayworth Sr.; and his cousin Ryan Hayworth. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Ray Hayworth and Randi A. Crider Hayworth of Mullens, WV.; his children, Isabella, Zi'Andrea, Mawmaw and Karen Holtsen of Mullens, WV; his grandmother Gloria Crider of Detroit, MI; his uncle John E. Crider Jr. (Mary) of Montgomery, WV; and his aunts, Earlene Wainaina (Daniel) of Winter Haven, FL, Tumera Tunstalle (James) of Mullens, WV, Sabrina Hayworth of Mullens, WV, Eva Kenney (Donald) of Charleston, WV, Sheila Cunningham (Dana) of Charleston, WV and Kimberly Crider of Detroit, MI. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Paul Baptist Temple (129 Rice St, Beckley, WV 25801). Friends, while wearing masks and observing social distancing, may visit with the family one-hour prior.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to a church of your choice.
