She is survived by: her mother Georgie Bailey; her husband Don Skaggs; her stepchildren, Stephanie Day of Roanoke, Virginia and Jason Skaggs of Martins Ferry, Ohio; her sister Tonya Bailey of Lashmeet; her niece Anna Grace Lilly; her nephew Kolan Lilly; and her stepgrandchildren, Curtis, Lucas, Mallory and Jessica Day.
