He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Sr. Farley and Mildred Farley; his wife Phyllis Farley; his son James Farley; his sister Lois Saranzak; and his great grandchildren, Levi William and Kiera Brooke Echard.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Betty; his daughter Patricia Cook (Frank); his stepsons, Nathan Edwards (Amanda) and Eric Edwards (Celena); his grandchildren, Krissy Kinsley (Joe), Cortney Echard (Tyler), Chelsea Cook (Tad), Katie Hatfield (Ethan), Hannah Edwards, Seth Gwinn, Erica Parker (Brian) and Austin Parker (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Logan, Allie Green, Colton and Mila Echard; his siblings, Danny Farley (Barbara), Reva Graham, Connie Kay and Judy Smith; his sister-in-law Karen Holsten; and his siblings' child Woodie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Tyree Funeral Home- Oak Hill (999 Jones Ave, Oak Hill, WV 25901). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens (450 Courthouse Rd, Princeton, WV 24740).
