Betty A. Taylor Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2025, at the age of 78, Betty A. Taylor of Naoma, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Betty has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her son Timothy J. Tayor; her parents, Charles W. Perdue and Kathleen Perdue; and her siblings, Donna Ferrell and Dexter Perdue.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bev Maynard (Jake) of Naoma, WV and Patty Hall (Jimmy) of Tazewell, VA; her brother Charles "Bo" Perdue (Pam) of Keith, WV; and her close friend Joanne Nesmith.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Faith Freewill Baptist Church (134 Sherman St, Sylvester, WV 25193). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at the Pineview Cemetery (21557 Coal River Rd, Orgas, WV 25148).
