He was predeceased by: his mother Lela White; his grandparents, Lettie and Howard Moore Sr.; his sister Barbara White; and his uncles, Gary Moore and Burton Murphy.

He is survived by: his father Donzil White of Troy, WV; his siblings, Camilla Pinkleton of Gardendale, AL and Stephen White of Charleston, WV; his aunts, Bettie Moore of Duck, WV and Carolyn Murphy of Stinson, WV; and his uncle Howard Moore Jr. of Nebo, WV. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
