He is survived by: his children, Carlos Ray Barker (Valerie) of Ashford and Christine Cain of Ashford; his brothers, Wilkie Barker (Sue) of Nellis, James "Firebug" Barker (Helen) of Ashford and Jimmy Barker of Georgia; his siblings-in-law, Anna Short (Bobby) of Charleston and Keith Kinder of Ashford; his grandchildren, Kelsey (Shawnda), Leah (Zach), Layne, Carter, Allen, Chelsea Leanne and Steven; his great grandchildren, Addie and Olive; and his great-nephew Zayden. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
