The memory of Charles Lynn Moore of Nettie, West Virginia, born in Rainelle, West Virginia, who passed away on April 19, 2024 at the age of 79, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by : his parents, Watson Moore and Beulah Moore (Rookstool); and his brother Jack Moore. He is survived by : his wife Delva Moore (McCutcheon); his son Travis Moore of Nettie; his stepdaughter Penny Stacy of Summersville; his sister Jean Riggs (Roger) of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his sister-in-law Margaret Moore of Lewisburg; his granddaughters, Ashley Spencer (Matt) of Frankford, Alisha Peters (Wes Anderson) of Sabina and Kelsey Stacy (Junior); and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Spencer, Abby and Mason Peters. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Smathers Funeral Chapel Inc. (675 Main St, Rainelle, WV 25962). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
