He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Leon and Loretta Evelyn Hall Surgeon. He is survived by: his wife Karen Bailey Surgeon; his daughters, Christina Surgeon (Basil), Michelle Surgeon (Dusty) and Amanda Surgeon (Daniel); his siblings, Willard Leon Surgeon Jr. (Mindy), Donna Kisamore (Eddie) and Jeff Surgeon (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Waylon, Raegan, Oliver and Emma.
